WHAT IS THE APPLICATION PROCESS?
Our application process consists of three stages:
Stage 1: Online application
Stage 2: Group interview
Stage 3: Individual interview

Orbis recognises the value of having a diverse team. We pride ourselves on being a cohesive team of individuals from eclectic backgrounds who have different skill sets to offer. We therefore strongly encourage undergraduate and postgraduate students from all faculties to apply.

Above all, Orbis looks for applicants who can demonstrate that they are proactive about taking initiative, enjoy solving problems, passionate and dedicated, and are excellent team workers.
ARE TEAM MEMBERS PAID?
As we are a student society we're unable to provide monetary compensation due to our limited resources. We're seeking individuals who will recognise the value of the learning experience they'll gain through Orbis.
WHAT IS THE TIME COMMITMENT?
We expect team members to commit 8-10 hours per week for the duration of each 10 week project to Orbis-related activities. This includes team meetings, individual work, etc.
Undergo training in consulting methodology & client relations
Conduct a situational analysis of the client
Refine the project brief & develop hypotheses
Consult with the client & incorporate their feedback
Create & present strategies to solve the client's business problem
